Current Position:

I am currently the Culinary Arts Instructor. This is my 6th year in education; all years at Livingston HS. I also serve as the Lead Advisor for the LHS Student Council, Advisor to the TASC District 17 Historian School, SkillsUSA Culinary Arts Advisor, and coordinate the Texas Skills USA District 7 Culinary Arts competition and Culinary Arts Quiz Bowl contest and am the Technical Chair for the Texas Skills USA Culinary Arts Quiz Bowl Championships. 

Previous Position:

I have extensive leadership training and was the Program Director and Challenge Course manager at Cho-Yeh Camp and Conference Center, Inc. in Livingston, prior to teaching. I also managed MyPlace Eatery for two years prior to joining the LHS staff.

Family Information:

I have been married to my wife, Leslie, since March 21, 2009. We are foster parents to three kids under four years old and have a Dauschaund name Bella and a cat named Snickers.
