Complete the order form and bring your payment in the form of a check, cash or money order along with the order form to the school. Please make checks and money orders payable to LHS Publications, write 2017 Yearbook in the memo area and include your phone number and Driver’s License # on the check.

We realize the importance of commemorating this important chapter of your child’s life. In celebration of the PRIDE media journalism program at LHS, this introductory offer will allow you an affordable opportunity to highlight that special senior. Save BIG by taking advantage of our Early Bird offer and ordering by October 14, 2016. Complete and turn in the attached Student Ad form. You can design the ad yourself, have a professional do it or have us create it for you at no extra charge. If you prefer to pay with a credit card you can do so at Balfour.com but you do not have to design the Ad there.
