Sports Specific Drills Training
These are the characteristics all great athletes have. They don’t just happen by accident.
They are built, worked on daily, and earned!!
Monday thru Friday, June 14th to July 30th
7:30 AM to 10:30 AM Each Day
1-hour strength development & 1-hour speed, conditioning, flexibility, and 1-hour sports skills each day
As per UIL guidelines
This program is for all incoming 8th thru 12th-grade male or female athletes
You will need to bring flat athletic shoes, appropriate workout clothes, a towel, and cleats if you are a field sport athlete. The camp will be held at the Athletic Field House for boys and the High School Gyms/Weight Room for Girls.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session each day
